Black History Month

We are kicking off this year’s Black Histor Month with a bayaang!

This will be an incredible month where raise our community morale and celebrate the outstanding contributions from people of African and Caribbean descent.

With a particular focus on Black British history in the north, you are sure to find something in the programme that will entertain, educate and inspire you.

All our shows are live-streamed to Twitch, so come and join the conversation, share your historical knowledge and send us your content.

You could be an artist, a historian, you may know a little known fact about your island of heritage, a story told by an elder, or whether you just want to celebrate and have fun. We will definitely have something for eveyone!
